HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Booking a session with me is simple - Find the "contact" section and email me. Also, every "Make It" button opens an email form for booking.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?

I understand that you need your portraits done quickly. That's why I always strive for a fast turnaround time - so you get your photos back to you as soon as possible. However, I ask for up to 2 weeks for any portrait, still life, product session. I also understand that sometimes life can throw you a curveball, and you may need your photos even faster. That's why I now offer rush fees so you can get your pictures immediately, regardless of when you leave them to me.

Chefs don't serve raw pork, and Photographers don't

Safeguarding Your Memories

Are you ready to enjoy your memories?

Here at “Aigars Bridins Photography”, I have you covered! Your files will be uploaded onto Dropbox, and I'll deliver a download link to you via email.

I understand your treasured memories are important to you, which is why we take extra steps to ensure their longevity. We store files indefinitely on multiple hard drives and multiple backups.

I encourage you to back up your files once you've downloaded your gallery, just in case anything happens to ours. After 30 days, I remove the gallery from Dropbox. In the event you need to access it again, I offer a one-time re-upload for a fee of £50.

BOOKING FEES / CANCELLATIONS
RESCHEDULING / TARDINESS

Booking Fees:

Reserve your date with a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE fee of your package price. This fee covers all the planning, communication, and location scouting that goes into making your session a success. I want to make sure that your session is unforgettable and everything goes according to plan!

Cancellations:

I understand that life happens, however when we block off a time slot for you, I holding that spot for only you. No call no show clients will forfeit their booking fee, and I will not be able to schedule with them again. If you become ill the day of your session, please reschedule - I work with many age groups and want to keep everyone healthy and safe.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Your booking fee will carry over onto your new date. When it comes to weather, I understand that Scotland can be unpredictable, but I love to embrace whatever the day brings.

• If it's pouring rain and we can't continue the session, we will absolutely reschedule.

• If you need to reschedule more than 90 days out, a new booking fee will be required (unless we discuss a date beforehand or it is for special circumstances such as travel, military, or health reasons).

Tardiness:

I understand that getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic can be a challenge. If you think you may be running late, please give me a call. If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and I will have the right to cancel the session.

If I have running late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
